• Surveys: we order them for your client with no markup. Surveys typically run $650–850 for lots under 10,000 sq ft; larger or irregular lots vary.
• Sign-offs: electrical and plumbing sign-offs coordinated with the town.
• Inspections: scheduled and followed up until the job is closed out.
• Close-outs: old open permits on a property you're about to work on.

Most of our work is residential: additions and dormers, finished basements, kitchens and bathrooms, decks, pools, garages, fences and HVAC. We also handle commercial change of use, tenant fit-outs, sign permits and violations left by prior tenants, for retail, fitness, medical, office, restaurant and assembly spaces.

Can you file under my project while I keep building?

Yes. That's the point: you build, we handle the permits.

Do you work with outside architects' drawings?

Yes. We file your drawings and coordinate responses to reviewer comments.

Which municipalities do you cover?

All of Nassau County, including Glen Cove, Long Beach and every village. Not Suffolk County or New York City.
